Ellen E. Lausier (Eppoliti)

Ellen E. Lausier, 91, of Syracuse passed away on Thursday. Ellen was born in Pittsfield, MA, and had resided in the Syracuse area for most of her life. She retired from Anaren Microwave, Inc., in 1992 where she worked as an electronic assembler and was previously employed with General Electric for thirteen years. Her husband, Alphy, predeceased her in 1996. Survivors include her children, Michael (Patricia) Lausier of Charlotte, NC, and Deborah (Michael) Polly of Cicero; her grandchildren, David (Kathleen) Polly, Jennene (Kyle) Blakely and Christine (Chad) Cornwell; her great-grandsons, Bryce, Aiden and Noah and her brother, James Ippoliti. Calling hours will be Monday, Dec. 4th, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at noon at St. Matthew’s Church, 100 Kinne St. East Syracuse, and burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
