Condolence: I'm so sorry to learn of Biff's passing. He was one of the most generous, caring and funny people I've known. Some of my best memories are those out with the survey gang. I'm sure Blaze will be thrilled to see you again! : ) Love & hugs to Gilda and all his family and friends.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of Biff's passing. He was one of the employees at the North Syracuse Shop at the New York State DOT. Biff, as he was called, was always easy to work with and always greeted everyone with a smile. He was a good employee and really seemed to enjoy his work as a Supervisor. Everyone enjoyed being around him! RIP Biff!
