Condolences

Condolence From: Judy Moriarty Moreland
Condolence: Jo Ann, I was sorry to hear about Pat's death and that he had cancer. His suffering is over now, thank goodness. If I could have gone to the calling hours, I would have.

Condolence From: Cindi Blume
Condolence: I apologize for the late condolences but it just occurred to me that I remember John as one of the most fun & most kind of the folks that I knew from my time at St John the Baptist. I especially remember him from his fun way of celebrating St Patrick's Day.
His passing has left a sad spot in my heart & a void in the goodness in the world.
Please accept my deepest sorrow & sympathy.

Condolence From: Pat Gallivan
Condolence: My sincere sympathy to John's family and friends. Pat, as he called himself then, was my first (and possibly only) official date in high school. We went to a movie at the old Franklin Theatre just south of downtown. On the way back, we crossed the bridge over Onondaga Creek; Pat insisted it was tradition to spit in the creek, and he made me do it, much to the chagrin of my Catholic school lady-like sensibilities!

Later, he was the only person at SJBA to own a car and was very generous about picking up fellow students on the way to school in the morning.

I have thought of him often over the years. I'm sorry he suffered, but believe his journey back to God was painless.

Condolence: Joanne and Paul, I am so sorry to learn of John's crossing over, but so happy for him. He was always so nice to me! To say that.....he, as an upper classman.....and me as a lower classman.....in 1962....1965..... says SO much. Love and prayers for all!

Condolence From: Patti Bolognone Galimi
Condolence: Dear Joanne and family,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your brother. I remember him well from high school. He was much too young to leave this world but at least he is not suffering. If I was in town I would have stopped by in person.
