Condolence From: Pat and John Scarsi
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Kitty's passing. We went to Assumption High School with Kitty. She and your father, Basil, were the cutest class couple of 1959 ever. She was always there at all the class reunions and we will miss her.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with Phil, Stephanie and family!Working at St. Joe's hospital for many years while Kitty was a fantastic supervisor will never be forgotten. She was such a dedicated and compassionate nurse! When asked if you were willing to work a double how could you say no to Kitty when she always would ask with a smile! RIP Kitty, we love you.

Condolence: Our sincere sympathy for the loss of your Mother Kitty. Knowing she will be greatly missed by many, we pray that the Lord gives your family His grace and peace during this time of mourning. She was a good neighbor whom we enjoyed speaking with. Your Mom was always happy to talk about her family. We miss her.

Condolence: Phil & Stephanie..... I am so saddened to hear of your mother's passing. I just found out today. I am so sorry for your loss. "Aunt" Kitty (because that's what Teresa always called her & it stuck) was a wonderful woman, gifted, compassionate, terrific RN & nursing supervisor, & so much more. The heavens became brighter, because they gained another star when she left us. She will be missed by many. Hugs to you both, & to all of your family, at this time of sorrow & transition. Anna

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Kitty's passing. Our friendship goes back many years while working at St.Joes and our mutual love of quilting. She was such a wonderful role model for the younger generation of nurses with her calm, gentle and compassionate manner. We often shared family stories of our children and grandchildren and I know how important family was to her. I followed her on facebook with her beautiful pictures of her winter retreat sunrises and sunsets. My heart goes out to you her family and hope that your happy memories make this sad time a little easier. I am still in Florida so sadly unable to attend services but my heart will be you. Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Kitty from when I started at St Josephs in 1980. As nursing supervisor she was the voice of reason in many difficult situations. After I left St Joes I would see her at antique shows around Syracuse, always looking for sewing machines and memorabilia. And I loved her quilts, seeing them on display at the NYS Fair. In more recent years I would frequently see her at estate auctions. She will be missed!
