Condolence: I am sad to hear of Bootsie's passing but know that she is welcomed with open arms in heaven! She was a lovely woman, so kind and funny, especially blessed to handle Kenny....
What fond memories I have of our neighborhood with everyone taking care of each other and Bootsie was an important part of that. I will keep your family in my prayers.

Condolence From: Mike Brill
Condolence: Reading Aunt Bootsie’s obituary has brought back many fond memories of all our family gatherings. Lincoln park, the Farm, the cookouts, the laughing and crying and the years that seem to pass too fast. Eventually, all of us merge into one and the energy of our memories become the embers to ignite the fires of a new generation of eternal life. I recall a poem by Robert Service, that pretty much serves to demystify our passing.

Just Think!
Just think; some night the stars will shine upon a cold, gray stone.
And trace a name with silver beam, and lo, twill be our own.
That night is speeding on to greet our epitaphic rhyme;
Our lives are but little beats within the heart of time.
A little pain, a little gain, a laugh, lest we may moan;
A little blame, a little fame, a star gleam on a stone.

I am thinking of you all during the solemn days ahead.
