Brian V. Arnold, 41, of Syracuse passed away on Tuesday. He was well loved and will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate to know him. For the past thirteen years, Brian was employed with Oneida Air Systems. Survivors include his parents, Brian and Florence; his sisters, Carree Tifft and Aprill Bailey and his Love, Janis Nolan. Calling hours will be Friday, May 18th, from 5 to 7 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be held at the close of calling hours.
