Charles Farruggio, 58, of East Syracuse, passed away on Thursday. Survivors include his son, Charles and his siblings, Donna, Joseph and Michael. Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 8th, 11 am to 1 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. and services will follow at 1 pm.
