Condolence From: Donna Mandarino
Condolence: I don't know what made me look at the Syracuse obituaries today BUT when I saw this I felt so sad....I met Donnie in Junior High at Levy. He was one of my best friends but mostly my protector. He always looked out for me if he saw that there might be trouble stirring. He was a good, good guy....I am so sorry for your loss but Donnie RIP my friend.

Condolence: For me, and so many of my Nottingham High School classmates, Donnie was the silkiest, smoothest hoopster we had ever seen - never perturbed, always able to slice through the defense or pull up with a jump shot that invariably ended with "Swish" through the net. Those magical times are etched in our memories. I'm glad to learn that he had what looks like a meaningful life and a joyous and loving family. My condolences all who knew and loved him.

Condolence: One of the most down to earth gentlemen I ever met, who welcome me as part of his family, when I married his niece Cammie. And most of all a man that wasn't afraid to say "I love you!"
