June 16, 1938 - November 20, 2017
Phyllis J. Hoff, 79, formerly of Syracuse, passed away at home on Monday in Redfield. She was formerly employed with S.C.M. in DeWitt and with Home Aides of CNY. Phyllis was a lifetime member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Syracuse and served as both an elder and a deacon. Survivors include her son, Mark K. Hoff of Redfield; her granddaughter, Jennifer A. Hoff of North Syracuse and her siblings, Bob Greene of Redfield, Joan Metzger and Kay Knapp both of East Syracuse. Calling hours will be Sunday, Nov. 26th, from 2 to 5 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse, and on Monday from 10:30 to 11 am at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1601 Park St., Syracuse. Services will follow at 11am at the church and burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. In memory of Phyllis, please consider contributions to the Redfield Volunteer Fire Dept., or to Hospice of Lewis County.
