July 13, 1952 - January 10, 2018
Calling hours for Jackie, 65, of Syracuse who passed away on Wednesday will be Monday, Jan. 15th, from 4 to 6 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse and services will be at 6 pm. Survivors include her siblings, Kristine Phillips and John Gladys and her nieces, nephews and cousins. Jackie worked as a waitress for many years in the area.
