Alberta G. Billy, 88, of Eastwood passed away Thursday at home surrounded by her family. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. Alberta was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Billy in February 2016 and sister, Shirley Crandall in January 2006. She is survived by her children, Nancy Maher, Joan Bonaparte, Joyce Mikles, Jean (John) Netti and Stephen R. Billy; her ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; her brothers, Donald (Donna) Volz, William (Beverly) Volz; her sister, Molly Volz Beaubiah and many nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be Tuesday 4 to 7p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse. Services will be Wednesday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
